DYSU 16: Easter Blog Hop!

Firstly a big Welcome to any newbies along for the DYSU blog hop! Pull up a chair and feel free to have a browse around!

"A"

Today I have two projects to share with you for our awesome DYSU Easter Blog Hop!  We have four sponsors this week providing prizes for four randomly picked lucky entants.  Plus a prize for the Blog hop Winner. Plus I get to giveaway the Windy Day image I used below from Stretch and Bubbles to one lucky commenter! And if you hop along to all the other DT members, they are giving images away too! Yay!

Here are my two cards.  The first one uses the Windy Day image from Stretch and Bubbles that I am able to give away to one lucky commenter.

I paper pieced the image, after printing it onto kraft card.  This has to be one of my all time favourite colour combos!

Here's a close up of the little metal flower that I made, I'm planning on adding a tutorial for that next week so make sure to pop back or follow along so you don't miss it!

And my second card uses an image from another one of today's sponsors: Amber Ink.  The image from a set called Hostess with the Mostess.  It comes with a whopping 20 digi stamps! Heaps of things for you to put onto her tray.  But given that it was Easter I added my own topping, yummy Easter Eggs! I also used Digital papers from the shop too!

I added some lace trim to the underskirt and gave dimension to the skirts!

The Sponsors this week are:

So just to recap....
  1. Be sure to hop along to all the blogs and comment for your chance to win free images from Stretch 'n' Bubbles - The next one is Marcy
  2. Whilst you're there collect the letters and figure out the mystery phrase, then head on over to DYSU and email the phrase in.
  3. Make sure to load up your card to stand a chance of winning one of our sponsor prizes or being picked as one of our top 3 (or both LOL!)
