Rainbow Dress Transformed

So you may remember the Rainbow Dress from before Christmas.  Well yesterday it was transformed into a Rainbow skirt with matching ruffle t-shirt.

    Ohhhhhh. I looved the dress, the skirt is fabulous as well but I prefer the dress ;)
