Finally some cards to share!!!

OK there will be three posts today for three cards!

First up is Holly!

If you like Holly you can get her here.  Unfortunately my ink ran when I put the glitter on and I wasn't too keen on my grey outline and shadow (too dark in my opinion!!)! Oh well...

This one is for the following challenges:

• Colour Q: Turquoise/Red/Green/Yellow and White
• Card Patterns: Sketch
• Everything but the Kitchen Sink: Texture/turquoise
• Stampin Royalty: Christmas Card
• Spoonful of Sugar: Christmas Card
• Belli Challenge: Christmas Embellishment

I used my new MFT snowflake die, that is just beautiful.  I was excited to find this shop: Jay Gee's Nook a couple weeks ago based in Australia selling lots of my favourite brands from blogland! Judith who owns the shop is fantastically helpful and also has a cool blog with challenges too, the current one is on my 'to do' list too!!!

New Christmas Digital Images & Freebies

These are all now FREE!! Click on the Freebies link above!

Hello all - today I'm introducing my new range of Christmas images and sentiments.  They'll be added to the tab at the top of the page: here. You can buy them easily through paypal.  There are four images and heaps of sentiments (I got a bit carried away!). The images are available separately for $2 each and the sentiments come in a set for $2.  Or you can buy the lot for $8 saving $2!  So without further ado here they are:

I had all these grand plans to make a set of cards with them in time for today, but with the market yesterday and my daughter's birthday in the week, life just took over instead.  So instead I have one card made with Holly, the freebie holly border and a sentiment, to share.  You can see more detailed pictures and the inside of it here.

A couple of my online buddies have had some fun introducing them too.  Here is a wonderful picture Lisa has made using the Singing Angel.  You can check out more pictures of it here.

And I know Arielle has been busy with the images despite being on vacation this weekend! Make sure to check out her blog for goodies later!

And finally the freebies! I have a little holly border and a sentiment for you today.  Enjoy!

Obviously they can be resized and recoloured in Word, Publisher or PhotoShop.  Oh and don't forget I'm having a giveaway here.

Naughty or Nice!?

Hi there - I made this card using the challenge over at Just Us Girls which was to make a gate fold card.  I used one of my new digital images: Holly and two of my sentiments and even the little freebie holly border.  You can read more about them here. And can buy them here (ok enough of a plug! onto the card!)

I haven't made a gate fold for ages! My first attempt ended in tears (it was getting late! clearly I couldn't read the ruler properly!)

Not sure if you can see it or not, but I used dimensional paint for the fluffy white bits! And a bit of red kindyglitz for the holly berries on the hat and shoes.

I'm also entering this into the following challenges:

• Bee Crafty - use a digi image
• Tip Top Tuesday - Colouring with Copics
• Delightful Challenge - Use glitter
• Crazy for Challenges - Christmas
• ABC Challenge Blog - H is for Holidays

Have a great day! Oh and remember I'm having a giveaway here.

New Digi Images coming soon

Hi folks just a quick post to tell you that I have some new digital images coming soon.  Hint: check back tomorrow!  If you want a sneak peak at one of them head on over to Lisa's Paper Playground!

Halloween and a birthday card

Hi All

[If you are looking for the Made It Friday Focus post, then just scroll down, it is the next post]

Just a quick post this morning as I should be out the door on the school run!!

I went to a friend's place last night and completed three card projects and prepped two sewing projects which for those of you who know me well will find unbelievable as I am normally REALLY slow!!

The first one is for Unity's Friends with Flair, think I'm too late for that! (I used the layout and turned it upside down! Also putting it in for All sorts (spots and stripes) and Crafty Chicks (punches).

This next card uses my Mystical Meg Digi and one of my sentiments, available here.  I used the sketch from 2 Sketches 4 you and inspiration for colours from Cupcake Inspirations, Also entering it for these challenges asked for Halloween themes: Corrosive Challenge, Crafty Creations.

And last but not least! A sweet treat topper.  Again I used Meg but just her legs!!  And one of my sentiments too.  I had originally planned to  put sweets inside the bag but them changed my mind and put quiz sheets in instead.  Incidentally if you are interested in the quiz sheets they are from the DLTK website which is a fabulous resource for all parents with little kids!

This one is for:

Fairy Fun (Sweet wrapper)

Crafty Creations: Halloween

Curtain Call - Colours

Corrosive - Halloween

Clean & Simple Sketch

Have a wonderful day, I'll be sewing a Halloween costume for my daughter and working on a Made It Order.

A Warm Welcome to Arielle Gordon from Snappy Stampin'

Arielle from Snappy Stampin' and Colour Q has joined in the fun with Mystical Meg.  Check out her wonderful creation here.

Isn't her colouring just superb! I'm loving that orange cauldron!!

New Digital Images in the Shop

Wow today is a big day for me!  I have decided to release some of my drawings as digital images.  I will be listing them for sale in my Etsy Shop and you can also purchase them directly through this blog: I've added a page at the top that will have them all on.  You may have noticed that Ruby (my first little lady) has made her way into the shop this week.  She was a freebie on the site a couple of months ago - well done to those who snagged her up as a freebie - for those who missed out she is now in the shop!

Today I am introducing Ruby's witchy friend: Mystical Meg!  To see more pictures on this card just go here.

She has some sentiments and quotes to go along with her that can be purchased simply as quote packs or sentiment packs or as a bundle with Meg.

Leigh Ann Baird from Paper Chase is helping me introduce Meg to you today.  I've been a follower of her blog for a while and she does some awesome work.

Paper Chase

And here is her fantastic creation: a door hanger to put goodies in!  Pop along to her blog to see more pictures and be inspired.

Now, no new release would be complete without a freebie to go along with it and today I have two for you!!! A cute little spider and Halloween Sentiment. I used the spider on my card on the acetate.  You can download them here: sentiment link and spider link.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day whatever you do with it!

Mystical Meg

I've made today's card using the sketch at 2 Sketches 4 You, i used the rectangle window instead of the circle.  It's also for the Wee Memories challenge and the Stampin Royalty challenge both which were to make a Halloween card. And also for the Just Us Girls challenge to use Acetate.

I've used my new Digital image of Mystical Meg that I am releasing today and you can read all about that here.  She, along with digital sentiments will be available for sale on this blog (see the new tab at the top of the blog) and also in my Etsy Shop.

I've also got some freebies up for grabs in that post too.

Well here she is.

I made the sentiment into a street sign, at least that's what street signs look like in England!

The inside.

A close up of the dimension on the hat and cauldron.

 And one more for luck!

Have a great day whatever you do.

Naming my Little Lady Digi

Hi there, remember my little lady digital stamp that I gave away as a freebie a while back, well I need some help naming her!  I'm going to be adding her to the store soon, but I think she should have a name!
Here she is:

Now, I had a very long list of my favourites, but I've just narrowed it down to six.  Let me know if you think she looks like one of these:

• Ruby
• Lulu
• Phoebe
• Eleanor
• Darla
• Betty

Or maybe you think she looks like something else.  Leave me a comment of what you think.
