Thrifty Halloween Costume

This year my daughter informed me that actually she didn't want to wear the beautiful pumpkin dress from last year.  She wanted something 'Witchy'!

I had picked up this fabulous teen dress (more like boob tube, that would probably fit on one of my legs!) from the Salvos thrift shop that had skulls, bats and spiders all over it.  So I decided to yield to her request and make her something new!  With the addition of a black t-shirt, some chiffon (from another Salvos purchase) and some velvet ribbon....voila: A 'Witchy' dress is born!!
